Group Work
Group work and our youth group, offer a wealth of benefits for children and young people. By participating in these activities, young people can develop important socialisation, teamwork, and communication skills, while also experiencing a sense of belonging and community. Group work and youth groups provide opportunities for personal growth, leadership development, and exposure to new ideas and experiences. These activities can also help young people build confidence and self-awareness, and foster a more diverse and inclusive perspective.
Our focused programmes enable children and young people to develop their knowledge and understanding of domestic abuse, gender stereotypes and healthy relationships.
The weekly group work ( Primary 1 to 7) provides a safe and fun enviroment for children to take part in various games, yoga and focused activites in relation to domestic abuse that is age and stage appropriate.
